Tracker Banking Mandate

You authorise Tracker to instruct your bank to collect the monthly payments due to Tracker, from your bank account, on the day that you chose

The monthly subscription for the service will be paid in advance

If your contract starts on a day other than the first day of that month, you agree that you will pay the monthly subscription for the remainder of that month, plus the next month’s subscription, on your first debit order payment date

If you do not have enough money in your bank account for Tracker to debit the monthly subscription, Tracker may debit your account as soon as there is

If you cancel this debit order authority, your Tracker contract is not also cancelled

You agree that if an amount was legally due and payable to Tracker, you will not be entitled to a refund while this debit order authority is in place

Tracker’s name and account number will reflect on your bank statement as a reference of payment.

You will shortly receive a Debicheck mandate request from your bank to allow payment to Tracker in an amount not exceeding 3 months’ subscriptions, should your debit order/s be returned unpaid.

You have access to MyTracker, which is a self-service portal that allows you to access monthly statements and update your personal, vehicle and banking details at your convenience.
