· Car stolen from a residential complex – The vehicle was successfully recovered, but the support did not end there. Throughout the process, Tracker remained in contact with the customer, guiding him through the next steps, providing advice on how to get his car back from the police and ensuring he knew he was eligible for a R10 000 cash-back benefit through Tracker Back-On-Track.

· Hijacking – Tracker received a signal that the vehicle had entered a high-risk area and dispatched a response team before the customer was able to call for help. Once in touch, our call centre remained on the phone with the customer, providing reassurance and support until responders arrived at her location. At the same time, the original response team recovered the vehicle.

· Serious vehicle accident – Tracker received alert signals from the vehicle and, recognising that something may be wrong, dispatched response resources to its last known GPS location. Responders found the vehicle overturned off the roadway. With no bystanders nearby and no one aware of the accident, valuable time had passed. Emergency services were immediately mobilised and the customer was transported to hospital. The rapid response created a chain of events that ultimately saved a life.
