Tracker’s comprehensive national network of fitment centres and trained installation technicians enable you to have a Tracker
unit installed in your vehicle at a time and place convenient to you.
The Tracker installation technician ensures that all electrical and electronic systems in your vehicle are working both before and after the installation. The Tracker
unit is also tested after installation to ensure that all is in working order.
Disclaimer:
Tracker shall commission the hardware as soon as reasonably possible after the installation thereof in your vehicle, whereafter the service/s shall be available to you. Once you have accepted the installation by means of a signature on Tracker’s standard installation report or hand held device, Tracker shall not be liable for any claim arising from faults or damages to your vehicle and/or the vehicle’s electrical systems thereafter.
The hardware installed in your vehicle will not affect the operation of your vehicle, specifically the operation of your vehicle’s electrical and computer systems. HOWEVER, should it be proved, beyond reasonable doubt, that the installation or the hardware has negatively affected the operation of your vehicle, Tracker shall rectify the problem at its own cost.
Please note that should a fault be reported to Tracker which fault is not due to the Tracker hardware and/or workmanship, you will be liable for the costs incurred for dispatching a technician, as well as the diagnostic fee.
